Cancellation Policy
I try my best to be flexible with clients. Please message me to reschedule at 509-900-4630. I do not answer calls. No-shows will be banned from booking if fee is not paid.
Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice / no-show: 50% service fee.
WOMEN ONLY: For safety and liability purposes, appointments MUST be booked under the name of the client receiving service; ID will be checked and I will need a photo for client profile. Otherwise, appointment may be cancelled upon arrival and fees will apply as a no-show. If men book, the service will be declined if not referred and confirmed by a vetted client of Glow BAr.
I can be flexible, let me know if you are late.
if you arrive late, I can only use the remaining time to complete services to the best of my ability. extensions are not guaranteed if there is another scheduled client and service may be incomplete due to your late arrival. You take full responsibility and will still have to pay full price for the shortened service due to your late arrival.

Waxing: 5 minutes
